We are seeking a strategic and driven Chief of Staff to shape the company’s future as the right-hand person to our C-level and oversee various operational and strategic initiatives.

The role can be located in Hamburg or Berlin (with 2 weeks per month in Hamburg).

Tasks

What you’ll do

Work closely with our CEO and C-level, our investors, as well as our senior advisors and partners.
Lead and execute strategic company planning and lead corresponding initiatives (e.g., entry into new geographies)
Build and scale internal processes that allow the company to manage growth over the next years, with a particular focus on our sales, marketing, and partnership organization.
Ensure cross-functional coordination of the different company departments, such as sales, operations, and the technology office, to deliver on company targets.
Set up and maintain investor as well as external company reporting
Support the management in building strategic partnerships with technology leaders in the industry
Shape the advisory board and investor communication
Build effective internal communication channels, helping align teams around shared goals and strategic priorities

Requirements

Our ideal new colleague

2-3 years in a strategy consulting firm, as head of office or similar role
Strong background in working with or supporting teams in high-growth or dynamic environments
Multi-tasking: proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with discretion, clarity, and structure
Execution mindset
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and effectively
Strong analytical and organizational capabilities; detail-oriented but also sees the big picture
A proactive, adaptable mindset with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information with discretion

Nice to have

Experience in the telecommunications, software, or tech industries
Prior exposure to executive leadership teams or board-level reporting
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
Background in consulting, strategic planning, or business transformation
A degree in business, strategy, economics, or a related field
