We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes, public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.), and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling infrastructure, ensuring high availability of systems, and collaborating with development teams to improve workflows and deployment processes. This is an on-site position where you’ll work closely with our team to build, maintain, and improve infrastructure in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Tasks
What you’ll do  
  • Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and related tooling.
  • Manage and optimize public cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
  • Deploy and manage Helm charts for application deployment.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.
  • Set up, configure, and manage MariaDB clusters for high availability.
  • Monitor system performance using modern logging and monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
  • Manage Linux servers and ensure system stability and security.
  • Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth, reliable, and efficient deployments.
Requirements
Our ideal new colleague  

  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (setup, scaling, and management).
  • Proficiency in managing public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
  • Good knowledge of Helm for Kubernetes application deployment.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Bitbucket CI, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with MariaDB clustering and database management.
  • Strong knowledge of logging and monitoring tools
  • Experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work on-site.
  • Fluency in English.
